PerpetuCoat™ is a high performance protective & waterproofing coating for use in harsh conditions. Designed for the sanitary & industrial sewer environments, primarily concrete structures like manholes and lift stations. It can protect from mild abrasion, acids, bases, oxidizers, and other chemical agents. PerpetuCoat™ also can be used a a watertight barrier to prevent infiltration and exfiltration.

PerpetuCoat™ can adhere to almost any material, regardless of surface profile, helping applicators produce a unified layer of protection when equipment mounts, pipe penetrations, and structural components are present. This gives the applicator the ability to have PerpetuCoat™ integrate with other protective coatings where needed.

Underground masonry structures retain moisture at all times. PerpetuCoat uses a proprietary curing agent that allows it to cure in moist and wet conditions. An attribute that most coatings lack, and a real asset in infrastructure applications. This ability also saves time and money for the applicator.

PerpetuCoat™ contains no VOC's or isocyanates. This makes it safe for use in confined spaces and friendly with the environment.

Application

Application is performed by hand with a trowel or sprayed with a heated plural component pump. It is a 1 to 1 mix ratio product, so it is easy to use and mix.
