PerpetuCoat^TM is a 100% solids epoxy mastic with a tenacious bonding capability and the ability to cure in the presence of water. PerpetuCoat^TM has a remarkable sag resistance that allows it to be applied in thicknesses in excess of 3/8's of an inch in one pass. PerpetuCoat^TM is also chemical and abrasion resistant. All of these attributes produce one of the most advance epoxy mastics available.

With a viscosity close to 250,000 cP ( similar to Peanut Butter ) , PerpetuCoat^TM is hand applied and can fill large voids and any surface profile that is present. It can be used as a coating for protecting from corrosion, as a corrosion resistant void filler before a top coat is applied, or as a base coat for a cyclophatic amine, novolac, or similar coating. PerpetuCoat^TM is easy to work with as it is a simple 1 to 1 ratio that comes in 2 gallon kits (1 gallon each of the A side and B side). PerpetuCoat^TM is designed to be hand applied by a skilled craftsman. Hand application ensures that the minimum specified thickness is always met. Hand application allows the applicator to inspect the substrate to ensure that the surface preparation was completed correctly. Simply put, hand application offers superior quality. The simple installation method and the fact that the mastic does not require any expensive or specialized equipment keeps costs down despite the amount of required labor. Lower costs mean that the contractor can supply their customers a top tier epoxy coating at a minimum cost and be more cooperative.
