PerpetuWall™ Logo

PerpetuWallTM is a Cured-In-Place Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Liner. It is a composite liner composed of Epoxy and Fiberglass Layers that produces a liner that is monolithic and a liner that is able to adhere 100% to the walls of the host structure regardless of the shape and size. The System is hand installed and requires no pre-measuring of the structure. Requiring practically no specialized or bulky equipment, the system is easy to install in just about any location. This simplicity allows for the liner to be installed in outfalls without roads being cut.

Although the installation process is simple and the principles behind the system are also simple, the epoxy formulations are

on the cutting edge of technology. The epoxy that is used is our PerpetuCoatTM. The epoxy cures in the presence of moisture, is acid resistant, and is designed to work with reinforcing materials, such as fiberglass.

We kept the complicated and sensitive science at our manufacturing facilities and keep it in a controlled environment. This allows for a simple and practical installation, and prevents most of the headaches and prevents the potential points of failure in the field. The simpler the install process in the field, the less sensitive or specialized the equipment (i.e.. Plural component pumps), and the greater the the tolerance for errors (no pre-measuring) the higher the quality of the product and the lower the potential for the liner to fail.
